  • Not every project requires in-depth project management services. Simoes Group assists owners establish and maintain a project cost control environment in preparation for internal and/or external audit procedures.

  • Construction project cost control keeps your project aligned with objectives, timelines, and budget. Payment Application Reviews are essential for large construction projects. These reviews validate charges, prevent oversights, and bolster client confidence. Providing thorough payment application scrutiny ensures contract compliance, identifies errors, and sets the project up for success, mitigating financial risk.
